Beginning on Monday, May 4th from 10:30-11:30. We are excited to offer this new and exciting strength training exercise class for older adults. Everyone works at their own pace. Participants will need to bring their own weights. We encourage beginners to start with no weights and build your way up as you get stronger. Registration is not required and is free to anyone that attends. Classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 in the auditorium of the Park Falls Public Library. Waivers will need to be signed at the beginning of the class.
